SHIPPING
I post within two working days of receiving payment (usually sooner).
The default shipping for most pieces is:
UK - Special Delivery (next day) - £5.50
International - Signed For (4 to 10 days) - £7
Please let me know if you'd prefer the alternative (this is the default on some lower-priced items):
UK - First Class (within 2 days) - £1
Intenational - Airmail (7 - 10 days in the US and Canada, 10 to Australia, 4 in the EU) - £2
If you choose this option please bear in mind that the compensation in case of damage or loss is only up to £30.
Customs charges:
Please note that many countries collect import fees. These are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
If you'd like to exchange or return something please get in touch as soon as you can (it should be before 7 days from when you received your purchase).
PAYMENT
Credit cards are accepted through PayPal.
If your account is not in pounds PayPal will convert the currency at the checkout. Although their rates may differ, here's a handy converter to give an idea of the current rates

Most pieces are packaged in jewellery boxes made from recycled board. You can see them in this photo. Sometimes I use hand-made gift boxes which you can see here.
I'm happy to adjust the length of the chain on most necklaces. If you're interested in that option please drop me a line.
